Magnetic Chip Collector
BDS Powercleaner magnetic collectors pick up the steel swarf left on the workpiece and magnet base after drilling, without hand contact. The range holds two codes: one for collecting, one for cleaning.

Advantages
Secure Adhesion
With no swarf trapped between base and workpiece the contact area stays intact and the risk of the machine shifting drops.
No Hand Contact
Sharp, hot annular cutter chips are never handled directly, removing the most common cause of hand injuries.
Fast Clean-Up
Swarf is gathered in one pass and emptied in one action, shortening the setup time between holes.
Longer Base Life
A clean seating face delays scoring of the magnet base and the loss of flatness that follows.

Features
- Picks up steel swarf with no hand contact
- Keeps the magnet contact face clean and holding force intact
- Removes the cut risk from sharp, hot annular cutter chips
- Collected swarf is tipped into the bin in one action
- Two codes: MABPOW100 for collecting, MABPOW200 for burr cleaning
- Does not attach to the machine — no power, mounting or adjustment
- Hand tool suited to bench, workshop and site use
How firmly a magnetic drill holds depends on how cleanly its magnet base sits on the workpiece. The curled steel swarf thrown off during drilling collects on exactly that surface, and a single chip trapped between base and plate reduces the contact area, weakens adhesion and raises the risk of the machine shifting. Clearing that swarf by hand is its own problem: annular cutter chips are sharp and hot, and they cut through gloves. BDS Powercleaner answers both in one movement. The magnetic body draws the swarf up without hand contact, and the collected material is tipped into the bin in a single action. Two codes make up the range: MABPOW100 for collecting chips from the workpiece and bench, MABPOW200 for burr and chip cleaning. Neither attaches to the machine — this is a hand tool with no power supply, mounting or adjustment. Because post-drilling cleanliness directly affects the centring accuracy of the next hole and the life of the magnet contact face, keeping the tool permanently beside the drill pays back on every hole that follows. One working rule applies: collect swarf after the machine has stopped and the magnet has been switched off, never near a turning cutter.
