BDS

Starter Sets

BDS starter kits bundle the consumables and accessories a new magnetic drill needs on day one into a single order line. Three options are offered: a machine-specific kit, a clean-up kit and a hand-tool set.

Advantages

One Order Line

A single stock code replaces separate tracking of cutters, pins, oil and case, cutting both lead time and purchasing effort.

Ready On Day One

When the machine reaches site there is no second procurement round to wait for before drilling starts.

Machine-Matched Choice

ZST100 is defined directly for MAB 455 and MAB 485 bodies, so the compatibility question disappears.

Consistent Crew Kit

Every crew leaves with the same contents, which cuts downtime caused by a missing item on site.

A magnetic drill on its own does not finish a job. It needs core bits, a pilot pin, cutting oil and a case to move all of it. Sourcing those item by item stretches the ordering process and raises the chance of reaching site with something missing. BDS starter kits exist to remove that step. The choice comes down to three codes. ZST100 is the machine-bound campaign kit defined for MAB 455 and MAB 485 bodies — the most direct option once the machine is known. ZST200, the Powercleaner kit, is built around post-drilling chip and swarf clean-up; since a magnetic base only holds as well as the surface it sits on, that is a safety matter rather than housekeeping. ZST400, the Toolset kit, covers the hand tools needed for setup, cutter changes and daily adjustment. All three follow the same logic: a starting package scaled to the BDS machine range that does not call for a second procurement round before the first hole is drilled. One question decides the order: is a machine being bought new, or is a single gap in existing equipment being filled? The first case calls for a kit, the second for a single consumable.
