What Are the BDS Magnetic Drill Categories?
BDS Maschinen's magnetic drills are divided into four performance classes to make it easier for our customers to choose the right magnetic drilling machine for their needs. These four categories are called ProfiPLUS, ProfiSTART, ProfiBASIC and ProfiSPEZIAL.
ProfiPLUS magnetic drills are designed for drilling, tapping, countersinking and reaming. These four operations are possible with ProfiPLUS magnetic drills because these models are equipped with “reversible motors”. A reversible motor can turn both clockwise and anti-clockwise.
