The Boiler 1-4 K Auto is a fully automatic machine with self-centring clamping according to the pipe inner diameter and automatic tool feed. Triggered by a foot or hand switch, this very fast machine is designed for a heavy working pace. It is the most suitable solution for high-volume repetitive work on heat exchangers, boilers and condensers; it performs all tube end operations such as tube end cutting, removing the tube-to-tubesheet weld seam, machining a surface groove in the tubesheet and removing the membrane on the tube walls.
