Performance spectrum
The performance spectrum of the new MABasic series is designed to cover a wide range from 900 watts to 1150 watts. These magnetic base drills allow drilling with core cutters from x 12 mm up to x 40 mm, and cutting depths of 30 and 55 mm are possible. They can also be used with twist drills up to max. x 18 mm.
- MABasic 200 - the machine built as an entry into the BDS world.
- MABasic 400 - a fast machine, also suitable for twist drills.
- MABasic 450 - faster, more flexible tool changing thanks to the MT 2 tool holder
Everything under control!
The motor protection switch and a magnet switch are placed centrally at the rear of the machine on a non-reflective panel. They can be switched on and off easily by hand, even when working overhead or horizontally.

With a MABasic series magnetic base drill you are perfectly equipped for professional use both on site and in the workshop. The small plastic carrying case holds the whole system neatly arranged and well protected.
Comprehensive accessories are available for the MABasic 200, 400 and 450 magnetic base drill series:
- Plastic carrying case
- ZKP 075 cutting oil pump bottle - dedicated lubrication and cooling for the tool
- ZAK 075 pilot pin - for short core cutters.
- Safety strap - additional machine safety; for example when working overhead.
- SW 4 or SW 5 hexagonal levelling screw spindle.
- ZIA 219 N industrial arbor - 19 mm Weldon shank (3/4") (For the MABasic 450 only).
