Features
- Suited for flaring Type K copper tubing with water in the service line.
- Make 45-degree flares with pressure relieving hammer flaring tools for copper tubing.
- Hardened and tempered to resist wear.
With precision channels drilled from the tool’s end to its side, Pressure-Relieving Hammer Flares allow flaring even when water is in the service line. Use only on Type K soft copper water service tubing. To absorb impact shock on striking, it is recommended to only strike the flaring tool with a soft-faced brass hammer like REED's HAM3.
