- Forming: table surfaces up to 6 x 2.2 m, foil thicknesses from 50 µm.
- Cutting by laser fusion, welding by laser scanner technology, straightening with their own technology.
- Measurement and testing: cross-section and microscopic measurement; leak testing of every liquid and gas channel in the finished plate.
- The process parameters established in the laboratory transfer directly to your own Graebener® line.

Before you invest in production technology of your own, your plate becomes real in the Graebener® production laboratory. Whether the design suits the production processes is tested quickly and cheaply on a selected test geometry, and small series can then be produced, from the smallest batch sizes up to 50,000 parts a year.
