We are looking for a "technician" to demonstrate machines to our customers and repair them, in the field of construction machinery that we import and sell.
What will you do at Habib Makina?
You will receive technical training on the machines from the European manufacturers we import for
Visiting the factories that are our customers, demonstrating the machines we import and teaching how they work.
Following up technical faults daily and ensuring they are remedied,
Ensuring that mechanical and electrical systems receive periodic maintenance and that faults are dealt with immediately,
Planning the daily work schedule and reporting it to your line manager,
Planning purchases of the materials and equipment the technical unit needs and passing them to the department manager.
Diagnosing problems and offering solutions in response to requests received by technical services,
Meeting customer expectations efficiently and in the shortest possible time,
Going out into the field when necessary to give technical support at the customer's site
Providing telephone support on technical faults
Mechanical maintenance, repair and fault finding,
Meeting customer expectations efficiently and in the shortest possible time,
Assessing the causes of the faults behind the repairs carried out,
Informing management about faults that call for preventive measures
Able to organise and deliver training
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a technician resident in Istanbul.
Preferably a graduate of a vocational high school, or with high school education as a minimum,
Preferably with knowledge of mechanical engineering and experience in operating and repairing industrial machinery,
Preferably with at least 2 (two) years of experience in a technical service department,
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
Having completed military service
Holding a class B driving licence and driving actively,
No obstacle to travelling,
Suited to teamwork.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment that requires managing many relationships,
Able to adapt to flexible working conditions,
Completing the tasks assigned within their area of responsibility on time
Preferably able to organise and deliver training
