PE Pipe Peeler

PE Pipe Peelers prepare the outside diameter of PE, HDPE, and PP-RCT for electrofusion by removing the oxidized surface layer and contaminants that can affect fusion quality. These rotary scrapers use a chain system to wrap around the pipe end or anywhere along the pipe where sufficient clearance exists to rotate the tool around the pipe. Designed to simplify pipe preparation, each compact tool covers a range of pipe sizes, reducing the number of tools needed in the field. Built for demanding jobsite conditions, the pipe peeler features a corrosion-resistant chain assembly with acetal copolymer thermoplastic rollers and plated side plates.

A spring-loaded blade maintains consistent pressure on the pipe for a smooth, even finish. Constant blade tension delivers a uniform peel depth from start to finish. The four-sided carbide blade provides four usable cutting edges for extended service life. Simply rotate the blade to a fresh edge before replacement, maximizing blade life and minimizing downtime.
