Maximum efficiency in a small footprint

The Mackma BTF-C50 briquetting machine combines efficiency and technology in a compact machine. Measuring just 80×120 cm , it is the most compact in its class. Height is adjustable from the standard 110 cm and can be reduced to 60 cm or increased to suit customer requirements.

High performance and volume reduction

The Mackma BTF-C50 compresses chips, reducing volume by up to 90% at a pressure of 1000 Kg per cm² . It also extracts up to 98% of the liquid contained in the chips, improving processing efficiency.

Advanced technology and distinctive features

The BTF-C50 has a liquid collection tank of 50 litres , a float and an integrated pump. Together, these automatically return collected liquid to the machining centre, ensuring a continuous, uninterrupted process.

BTF-C machines share the BTT machine body and key features. Smaller briquette diameters and pressing chambers increase pressure per cm² without increasing costs.
