Conveyor

The Mackma conveyor continuously and reliably transports metal chips from the machine tool to the collection tank. Robust materials ensure long life and trouble-free operation.

The conveyor transfers chips efficiently from their source to the shredder. Mackma’s durable conveyor is resistant and easy to maintain.

Chip collection tank

The collection tank accumulates chips before briquetting. Designed for large volumes, it facilitates processing and optimises workspace.

Liquid collection tank

The tank collects oil and coolant from chips for reuse or correct disposal, reducing waste and improving environmental efficiency.

Long-chip shredder

The shredder prepares long, bulky metal chips for briquetting by reducing their size and facilitating compaction.

Advanced shredder with non-shreddable part ejection

The integrated shredder handles even long, bulky metal chips. Its ejection drawer opens automatically to remove non-shreddable parts, preventing damage to shredder blades and the briquetting chamber and ensuring uninterrupted operation.
