Mandrel bending machines are used for thin-walled tubes whose cross-section would be crushed in mandrel-free bending. The mandrel, which enters the tube, supports the cross-section during bending and prevents ovalisation and wrinkling. The range extends up to a capacity of Ø 323,9 × 10,31 mm in standard Fe42 tube, Ø 273 × 9,27 mm in A53 tube and Ø 273 × 6,35 mm in stainless 304 tube.
