BM200 Tube Bender: The Only Dual-Direction, Mandrel-Free Bending Machine
The BM200 Tube Bender is the only mandrel-free tube bending machine capable of bending both right and left , using specially designed tools developed exclusively by Mackma.
A standout feature that makes the BM200 truly unique is its integrated attachment , allowing the installation of an internal/external conical deburring tool for pipes.
With its innovative design , the BM200 can bend tubes up to 219 mm in diameter with a wall thickness of 6.3 mm , offering a minimum bending radius of 3xOD and a maximum radius of 900 mm . This guarantees high repeatability , even in the most demanding industries.
The machine’s bending axis is controlled by an inverter , providing adjustable rotation speeds from 0.5 RPM to 1 RPM , thanks to a built-in potentiometer. This feature allows the operator to select the ideal speed for the specific tube being bent.
The cantilevered head enables the creation of complex tube shapes , where the tube needs to pass underneath the bending head.
Additionally, the BM200’s shaft system is designed to be compatible with tools from other competing tube bender brands on the market.
