BM250 Tube Bender: The Only Mandrel-Free Bender with Dual-Direction Capability
The BM250 Tube Bender is the ONLY mandrel-free tube bending machine capable of bending both to the right and left , using custom tools exclusively designed by Mackma.
Its innovative design allows the bending of tubes up to 219.1 mm in diameter with a wall thickness of 12.7 mm , a minimum bending radius of 3xOD , and a maximum radius of 1200 mm . This ensures high repeatability even in the most demanding markets.
The bending axis is controlled by an inverter , enabling a maximum rotation speed of 0.6 RPM , which can be finely adjusted based on tube specifications.
Thanks to the unique design of its shaft system , the BM250 is compatible with tools from all competing machines currently on the market. The inverter-controlled motor minimizes energy consumption, making it an energy-efficient choice.
