BM42 is the only mandrel-free tube bending machine that can bend both to the left and to the right with the special tooling we produce. Another feature that makes the BM42 unique is its connection allowing a conical internal/external pipe deburring tool to be fitted. Its innovative design lets you bend pipe up to 48 mm diameter with 1,5 mm wall thickness, with a minimum radius of 3xOD and a maximum radius of 260 mm. The bending axis is inverter controlled; the rotation speed is between 2-3 rpm.
Thanks to the fitted potentiometer, the operator can select the rotation speed best suited to the pipe to be bent.
