GBC SUPERCUTTER / FAST — Blades & Consumables
The blade family for the GBC SUPERCUTTER and FAST pipe cutters. Cutting blades work front and rear approach up to 40 mm wall; outside bevelling blades come at 30°, 37.5° and 45°.

Advantages
Three Procedure Angles
30°, 37.5° and 45° pair into 60°, 75° and 90° V grooves, so the angle is picked straight from the welding procedure.
Cutting Heavy Wall
Cutting blades work up to 40 mm wall and are offered in both front and rear approach.
Access By Direction
Which side the machine enters from decides access in tight quarters and where the swarf falls, and the blade follows that.
What Coating Buys
A TiCN-coated blade lowers sticking at the edge, raises metres per blade and costs the shift fewer changeovers.

Features
- Blades specified for the GBC SUPERCUTTER and FAST bodies
- Cutting blades in front and rear approach, up to 40 mm wall
- Outside bevel angles of 30°, 37.5° and 45°
- Carbon steel, TiCN-coated stainless and Inox series versions
- The 37.5° blade gives the 75° V common in pipeline work
- TiCN coating raises metres per blade when cutting stainless
- Approach direction is what solves access in tight quarters
The fifteen codes here are three material versions spread across five operation variants, and once that structure is clear the choice is quick. On the operation side there are two groups. Cutting blades part the pipe and are made separately for front and rear approach, both working up to 40 mm wall. Approach direction is not a matter of taste: which side the machine enters from decides access in tight quarters and where the swarf falls. Outside bevelling blades cut the preparation and come in three angles. 30° pairs into a 60° V and holds weld volume down on heavy wall; 37.5° gives the 75° V that dominates pipeline work; 45° gives a 90° V and the widest electrode access. On the material side there are three versions. Carbon steel blades are for carbon and low-alloy pipe. TiCN-coated stainless blades cut the tendency of stainless to stick at the edge and raise metres per blade. The Inox series is the second option for stainless work. A mixed shop that holds both a carbon and a stainless line for the angle and direction it runs never loses time to a material change.
