Product Description
The flange facing machine Superboiler T5 Flange is a machine capable of facing and grooving flanges, valve seats and RTJ flanges from 65 to 400 mm (2,56″ – 15,75″).
The feed of cut is automatic from the o/d inward. Standard stock finishes carried out with step: 0,2 – 0,4 – 0,6 – 0,8 mm.

The Superboiler T5 Flange machine is ideal for operations to restore the grooves of the sealing surface of the gaskets of small flanges that are damaged or need repairing. Performs restorations of phonograph or spiral scratches.
Our flange flattening machine is designed starting from the Superboiler T5 pipe beveler, removing the spindle and replacing it with the Superboiler T5 Flange carriage.
This flange machine is typically used in the hydraulic sector and in plant engineering for the transport of food, medical and gas fluids. It can level thanks to the appropriate cylindrical section tools and also has a mechanically variable pitch.
