The GBC technology, manufactured in Italy and used for beveling and pipe cutting applications, makes it easy to cold bevel sheet metal and pipes at a specific angle without welding them together.

Prior to the method developed by GBC, the beveling process was done by hot treatment (plasma) or grinding. However, the hot process (plasma) did not provide a healthy joint as it disturbed the nature of the metal. The grinding method, on the other hand, caused the profile of the weld bead not to be at the desired level due to personnel errors and caused excessive prolongation of the work time, increasing the risks of occupational accidents.

The new generation COMPACT EDGE and MULTIEDGE series enables aesthetic and refined beveling of welds without disturbing the nature of the metal and the profile of the weld bead, significantly shortening the time and eliminating the risk of occupational accidents.

With 9 hard metal inserts connected to a milling head, the COMPACT EDGE machine is able to create mirror-quality welds thanks to fast rotation.

The brand's newest machine, the MULTIEDGE series, can be used on sheets with a thickness of 6 mm - 120 mm and can open a welding opening up to 80 mm.
The MULTIEDGE machine also stands out with its ability to perform face correction, veneer removal and J Bevel according to preference.
