Basically, with ITALIAN GBC PIPE CUTTING AND BEVELING MACHINES, you can cut steel pipes of any thickness and bevel them.

(Note: This is a cold cut and cold chamfering process)

In some cases, it may be necessary to draw and produce the correct cutting edges. In other cases, more than one pass is required.

MAXIMUM THICKNESS – Pipe Cutting & Beveling Machines

GBC MCA Cutter
There is no limit for carbon steel,
Stainless steel <= 30 mm
3) Exotic materials like Inconel <= 20 mm

GBC FAST CUTTER:
There is no limit for carbon steel,
Stainless steel <= 50 mm
3) Exotic materials like Inconel <= 30 mm

GBC SUPERCUTTER: no limit

MAXIMUM THICKNESS – Pipe Beveling Machines:

1) Standard large machines have a blade that can bevel up to 30 mm thick.
For pipes with greater thickness, please consult us, we can design special blades.
Finally, if the machine is electric or pneumatic, additional passes should be made with a blade.
