Product Description
The wing nut design allows the guide to be locked onto the pipe without using external devices. Wrap the guide around the pipe and tighten the wing nut for the cutting operation. A solid hardened pin (Rollpin) is fitted in the guide just below the finished cut line to prevent the saw blade from cutting the guide. The hardened steel saw guide is nickel plated so that the pipe is not contaminated.
The double slot guide has two slots: a narrow one for the portaband and a wider one for the saw blade. 5" sizes. The 4" and 6" have a single slot.
