Advantages

Four Jobs, One Family

Outside bevel, inside bevel, facing and J preparation are all covered on the same machine group, with no extra machine to buy.

Four Outside Angles

30°, 37.5°, 45° and 60° pair into 60°, 75°, 90° and 120° V grooves, and the angle is picked from the procedure.

Root Prepared Inside

The 10°, 15° and 30° inside blades prepare the root on the pipe bore, and that group is entirely TiCN-coated stainless.

One Standard Section

Every line is K=10 mm, so moving from blade to blade needs no change on the holder side.

Features

  • Outside bevelling blades at 30°, 37.5°, 45° and 60°
  • Inside bevelling blades at 10°, 15° and 30°, in TiCN-coated stainless
  • Facing blades in all three material versions
  • A 10°+30° compound blade for the SBT5
  • A J-preparation blade combining an R6 radius with an 8° angle
  • Carbon steel, TiCN-coated stainless and Inox series versions
  • Every line in the family is a K=10 mm section

This family gathers all four operations that can be done on a pipe end onto one machine group, and every line in it is a K=10 mm section. Outside bevelling blades are the largest group, offered at 30°, 37.5°, 45° and 60°. Paired, those four angles give 60°, 75°, 90° and 120° V grooves: on heavy wall the lower angle holds weld volume down while the higher one eases electrode access. Inside bevelling blades serve a different purpose — at 10°, 15° and 30° they prepare the root on the pipe bore, and that whole group is TiCN-coated stainless. Facing blades square the pipe end to the axis and exist in all three material versions. Two special lines round it out: the COMPOUND code is a 10°+30° compound blade for the SBT5, leaving a narrow land at the root while opening the main angle above it; JBEVEL-R6-8 combines an R6 radius with an 8° angle for a J preparation, used to cut weld volume on heavy sections. Operation type, angle and material group settle the order before it goes out.
