On the SB320 it is the blade holder that fixes the bevel angle. The holder presents the blade to the work at a set angle, and because nothing is dialled in on the machine, the groove geometry survives a change of operator. There are two holders in this family. K20721 gives a 30° outside bevel: two such faces meeting make a 60° V, which keeps weld volume down on heavy sections. K20723 gives 37.5°, making a 75° V when paired and opening up electrode access. Which one to order is not a preference — it follows the groove angle written into the welding procedure. Both lines are listed as holders, meaning the part that carries the cutting tool and defines the angle, separate from the cutting edge that actually wears.
