Advantages
Filter By Group
Carbon steel and stainless steel are separate groups, so fixing the material halves the number of candidate codes.
Filter By Angle
30°, 37.5° and 45° are the single angles; 10°+30° and 10°+37.5° the compounds. The angle comes from the groove geometry in the procedure.
A Compound Root Land
The 10°+30° and 10°+37.5° blades leave a narrow land at the root, keeping it accessible while limiting volume higher up.
Cut And Bevel Together
Cut-plus-bevel blades finish both operations in a single pass on wall thicknesses up to 40 mm.

Features
- Carbon steel and stainless steel material groups
- Two stainless versions: TiCN-coated and the Inox series
- Single-angle outside bevelling blades at 30°, 37.5° and 45°
- Compound 10°+30° and 10°+37.5° blades leaving a 10° root land
- Cutting blades in front and rear approach, up to 40 mm wall
- Cut-plus-bevel blades at 37.5° and 45°
- Material group and angle decide the order code directly
Selection here runs on two axes, and both change the order code. The first is material group: carbon steel blades run on carbon and low-alloy pipe, while the stainless steel group covers stainless work. The stainless side holds two versions — TiCN-coated blades lower sticking at the cutting edge and raise metres per blade, and the Inox series is the second option. The second axis is angle. Single-angle outside bevelling blades come at 30°, 37.5° and 45°, which pair into 60°, 75° and 90° V grooves respectively. The compound blades do something different: 10°+30° and 10°+37.5° leave a narrow 10° land at the root and open the main angle above it, so the root stays accessible while weld volume is held down. On heavy-wall pipe that geometry gives a two-stage preparation from a single blade. The family also carries plain cutting and cut-plus-bevel blades; the cutting group works in front and rear approach up to 40 mm wall, and the cut-plus-bevel blades combine both operations in one pass at 37.5° and 45°. Three facts settle the order: material group, angle, and approach direction.
