We are seeking a ‘Technician’ to demonstrate and repair machinery for our clients, in the field of Construction Machinery, which we import and sell.

What do you do at Habib Makina?

You will receive technical training on the machinery from manufacturers in Europe, for whom we are the importer.
Visit our client factories to demonstrate and teach how to operate the machinery we import.
To follow up on technical faults daily and ensure their resolution,
To ensure the periodic maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems and to provide immediate intervention in case of malfunctions,
Reporting daily work plans to the supervisor.,
To plan and communicate the procurement of necessary materials and equipment for the technical unit to the department manager.
To identify problems and offer solutions based on incoming requests within technical service operations,
Meeting customer expectations efficiently in the shortest possible time.,
Provide on-site technical support to customers when necessary
Provide phone support for technical malfunctions.
Mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting,
Meeting customer expectations efficiently in the shortest possible time.,
Evaluating the causes of the repairs performed,
Inform management on malfunctions requiring intervention.
Ability to organize and deliver training

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a technician residing in Istanbul.
Preferably, vocational high school or minimum high school education completed,
Preferably with mechanical engineering knowledge, and experience in the use and repair of industrial machinery,
Preferably with at least 2 (two) years of experience, with experience in the Technical Service Department.,
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.,
Completed military service
Holder of a Class B driver's license and able to actively drive a vehicle,
No travel restrictions,
Team player.
Able to adapt to an environment that requires fast-paced and intensive relationship management,
able to adapt to flexible working conditions,
Completing assigned tasks in his/her area of responsibility on time
Preferably has the ability to organize and conduct training.
