When a standard machine will not do, we have one built for the job

Some jobs do not fit a catalogue: an unusual angle, a very long stroke, two holes at once, or a workpiece that will not fit a bench. BDS Maschinen designs and builds machines for exactly those jobs in Germany — and Habib Makina runs the Turkish side of that process.

How it works

  1. 1

    We talk about the workpiece

A reference part and a drawing are asked for up front. The solution is designed around the real part, not around a description.

  2. 2

    Timeline, budget, technical requirements

The project manager writes all three together. A surprise later is usually a question nobody asked at the start.

  3. 3

    CAD design

Design engineers produce the three-dimensional model of the machine; that model is what goes into production.

  4. 4

    Production and assembly

Machining, assembly and commissioning happen at BDS's own plant — from a single source.

Some of what has been built

  • Two inline magnetic drilling machines driven by a single feed mechanism
  • A special machine whose drilling angle adjusts to the customer's requirement
  • A magnetic drilling machine with stroke extension and a reversed motor
  • A magnetic drilling machine with stroke extended to 1000 mm

Tell us about the job and we will design it together

We do not quote before the dimensions, angle and quantity are clear — we would rather see the part first.
