Machinable outside diameter 10 - 60 mm
This new version of the MINI K, one of the oldest machines built by G.B.C. Industrial Tools, has an additional removable device that clamps the tube on its outside diameter. That option is useful where clamping from the inside could damage the inner part of the tube (its internal lining), or when working with tubes of extremely small diameter. Setting the machine up is very fast and accurate thanks to the self-centring three-jaw chuck.
APPLICATION: tubes with an outside diameter from 10 to 60 mm; PURPOSE: facing tubes and forming the weld bevel, clamping on the outside and the inside diameter, self-centring tube clamping; MATERIALS: carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, nickel alloys and others. DRIVE TYPES: pneumatic; electric. FEATURES: four-position spindle for forming the external bevel, the internal bevel and cutting the tube end cap in one operation.
