This light, compact and fully automatic mobile facing machine with pneumatic drive was developed specifically for the series production and repair of heat exchangers and other chemical-engineering equipment built around tube sheets. The machine counterbores tube-sheet holes accurately, drills tubes out of tube sheets, removes weld seams and prepares tube-sheet faces. To keep the machining accurate and clean, it is fitted with an adjustable automatic feed length and a stop sensor with an automatic limit switch (tolerance +/- 0,1 mm).
