The GBC technology, manufactured in Italy and used for beveling and pipe cutting applications, makes it easy to cold bevel sheet metal and pipes at a specific angle without welding them together.<\/p>\n
Before the method developed by GBC, beveling was done by grinding. However, grinding did not allow for a healthy weld as it heats the metal and destroys its alloy.
