We are seeking a \u2018Technician\u2019 to demonstrate and repair machinery for our clients, in the field of Construction Machinery, which we import and sell.<\/p>\n
What do you do at Habib Makina?<\/strong><\/p>\n You will receive technical training on the machinery from manufacturers in Europe, for whom we are the importer. What are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n We are looking for a technician residing in Istanbul.
\nVisit our client factories to demonstrate and teach how to operate the machinery we import.
\nTo follow up on technical faults daily and ensure their resolution,
\nTo ensure the periodic maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems and to provide immediate intervention in case of malfunctions,
\nReporting daily work plans to the supervisor.,
\nTo plan and communicate the procurement of necessary materials and equipment for the technical unit to the department manager.
\nTo identify problems and offer solutions based on incoming requests within technical service operations,
\nMeeting customer expectations efficiently in the shortest possible time.,
\nProvide on-site technical support to customers when necessary
\nProvide phone support for technical malfunctions.
\nMechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting,
\nMeeting customer expectations efficiently in the shortest possible time.,
\nEvaluating the causes of the repairs performed,
\nInform management on malfunctions requiring intervention.
\nAbility to organize and deliver training<\/p>\n
\nPreferably, vocational high school or minimum high school education completed,
\nPreferably with mechanical engineering knowledge, and experience in the use and repair of industrial machinery,
\nPreferably with at least 2 (two) years of experience, with experience in the Technical Service Department.,
