\nIt records all kinds of complaints and suggestions received from our customers, all our employees, suppliers and stakeholders in the product and service distribution network in an impartial manner and finalizes them as soon as possible, and takes the necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of the same and similar complaints in an objective, solution-oriented approach during this process.<\/p>\n
