GBC's MasterPurge 100X Welding Protection Gas Oxygen Monitor, It is a high-quality, easy-to-use handheld gas analyzer that measures oxygen content in source cleaning operations down to %0.01 O2 content (100PPM).

 

The MP100X Weld Cleaning Monitor, housed in a processed aluminum case, is a robust, reliable, and revolutionary product suitable for most weld cleaning operations on stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, and other alloy steel materials.

 

It is equipped with a highly sensitive electrochemical zirconium sensor with an analysis resolution of 0.01 (100 PPM) in increments of %0.01 for real-time viewing of the welding environment while purging gas to desired O2 levels before and during user resource operations.

3) Hermetically sealed backup sensors – new spare sensors are provided in hermetically sealed, inert containers, meaning the sensor's lifespan only begins to deplete when the container is opened and the sensor is exposed to the atmosphere. This allows the user to stock sensors and replace them as needed. It may still be necessary for GBC to perform the calibration process and provide certification as required, depending on individual quality assurance constraints.

3) Enlarged LCD screen, allows the operator to have a much larger, higher-resolution reading of O2 levels in the weld pool; indicating when it is safe to start welding to achieve clean, oxide-free welds.
