• The Mini Auto Compact pipe coating/pipe beveling machine is a uniquely developed machine exclusive to GBC, especially for the backside and beveling of pipes and tubes and for the removal of gasket welds in the manufacture and maintenance of heat exchangers, condensers.
• The system requires only one pneumatic air supply to operate all features such as automatic locking, cutter head rotation and cutter head feed.
• The Mini Auto Compact pipe coating machine is equipped with a powerful pneumatic motor and weighs only 4 kg;
• When used with the GBC stabilization unit, the operator can move the machine with minimal effort.
• The built-in micro-sensor automatically stops the machine feed when the desired feed stroke/material removal is achieved, ensuring precise depth in every machine cycle.
• After machining is completed, the cutter head is rotated back to start at the desired distance and the cutter head returns to its original starting position.
