GBC Edge 80 Revers Beveling Machine from the BOTTOM SURFACE

Plate beveling machine EDGE 80 REVERSE A version of the Edge 80 designed to make a weld bead on the underside of the plate. A powerful and durable heavy-duty machine recommended for particularly demanding applications.

EDGE 80 REVERSE can work on slabs with thicknesses from 6 to 120 mm, reaching a maximum of 80 mm on the diagonal, and is equipped with an infinitely angle-changing head type, which allows opening angles from 10° to 70° and allows the opening angle to be set very easily and quickly. This machine can also perform J Opening (R6 and R8) from 0° to 30°.

The EDGE 80 REVERSE plate beveling machine is equipped with a plate detection sensor as well as a trolley with a new chip transport system. The machine is also equipped with a depreciation system that makes it possible to overcome possible imperfections in the plate and the floor.

EDGE 80 REVERSE can open all kinds of materials smoothly with a soft surface quality. Once the machine is positioned and secured on the platen, it moves along the edge to the farthest end without operator intervention.
