BDS EKF Grooving Machine

The EKF machine is ideal for deburring and leveling work, especially on metals such as rusted steel, steel NE metal, brass and plastics. It is compact, easy to handle and extremely suitable for working on straight edges, internal and external arc shapes and for drilling holes with diameters larger than 22 mm. It can be adjusted very precisely, enabling it to create very small oblique faces, remove the smallest burrs and clean weld seams. Options include three leveling tools with angles of 45o and 30o and a diameter of 2.5 mm. The rotating blades work with the help of 3 steel wires. Due to its small size, it can be used for drilling holes with diameters larger than 22 mm.
