Ultra Heavy Duty Double Chain Straightening and Alignment Vise

• Precision Alignment - Dual clamping elements positioned on the exterior of the pipe ensure precise alignment and correction of the inner and outer diameters of both pipes with a 0.5 mm tolerance.
• Superior Durability - Straightens pipe on both sides of the weld joint up to Sch 80, and aligns any pipe, elbows, T-joints and other fittings.
• Adaptive - The chain vise can be used to support, align, and straighten elbows, T-fittings, and other fittings that a caged vise cannot handle. One chain vise covers the area covered by eight (8) caged vises.
• Extra Heavy Duty Independent Vise Elements - Allows the operator to shape the pipe to the desired form. Each vise element has independently rotating jaws to cope with uneven surfaces.
• Elbows, T-fittings, and other fittings can be aligned using the Fitting Alignment Device.
