BASIC EDGE 50 plate beveling machine It is a versatile machine built for use in large industrial enterprises where productivity is the main factor, but can easily be used in smaller scenarios such as workshops if desired.
BASIC EDGE 50, It can handle plates from 6 to 60 mm and can reach a maximum of 50 mm in cross. The machine is designed to meet the needs of small production centers that prefer to work with machines with high productivity but lower technological features.
The machine is equipped with an infinitely angle-changing head type, which allows opening angles between 10° and 70° and allows the opening angle to be adjusted very easily and quickly.
BASIC EDGE 50 The plate beveling machine is equipped with a plate detection sensor as well as a trolley with a new chip transport system. The machine is also equipped with a depreciation system that makes it possible to overcome possible defects in the plate and the floor.
BASIC EDGE 50 can smoothly open all kinds of materials with a soft surface quality. The feed system with adjustable speed allows the unit to be used without the aid of a crane, lifting device or operator.
